Tiana Rockwell, NTP
Tiana is an endurance athlete, dark chocolate lover, and a certified nutritional therapy practitioner who believes that real food can balance the body and produce personal record sports performance.
Tiana has been a competitive athlete her whole life. Since she could walk, she was skiing, swimming, and competing in gymnastics. When Tiana entered junior high school, she starting playing soccer. Eventually, her talents in soccer landed her a scholarship to California State University, Fullerton, where she graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. In 2009, she participated in her first triathlon (The Barbara Schmidt Millar all women's sprint triathlon in Nevada City, CA) and fell in love with the sport. Since that time, she has competed all across the world in Ironman 70.3 and Ironman races, including the 2014 Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Mont Tremblant, Canada, the 2015 Ironman 70.3 World Championhip in Zel am See, Austria, the 2016 Ironman 70.3 World Championship in Mooloolaba, Australia, and the 2017 Ironman 70.3 World Championship in Chattanooga, Tennessee. When Tiana is not training and racing, she enjoys spending time with her family. Tiana married her best friend and husband, Sean Rockwell, in 2003. Sean and Tiana enjoy spending time in the outdoors (camping, hiking, and hunting) with their 2 dogs, Sadie and Calli.
Tiana follows a lower carb, higher fat diet. She is extremely knowledgeable of the ketogentic diet and the many benefits it can offer athletes (both strength and endurance based). However, this lifestyle isn't best for everyone. Tiana works closely with all of her clients to find the right diet for them to help them reach their health, lifestyle and performance goals.
