Coaching Packages

All coaching packages are set up for clients seeking out both a physical training plan along side nutrition coaching. At this time, there are no a'la carte nutrition consultations. Health and performance are dependent on both a quality movement and nutrition plan. Training plans are available for all endurance sports, including triathlon, running, cycling and obstacle course racing. All training plans include endurance, strength and mobility programming. The Silver and Gold packages also include one-to-one consultations which focus on a personalized nutrition program for both training and day-to-day nutrition.

BRONZE ENDURANCE

This package is most ideal for clients who need minimal contact with their coach and are looking for a semi-personalized training program for a set event.

Additional Coaching Session

Additional one-to-one coaching consultations via Zoom are available to all existing athletes at anytime for $75/hour with any coach. These are ideal for additional guidance with data review, race day planning, nutritional consulting, post-race report review, and more.

Comprehensive Blood Panel and Interpretation

A Comprehensive Blood Panel includes over 50 individual laboratory tests which screen for cardiovascular risk, major organ function, anemia, diabetes, infection, blood disease and other indications of illness (test includes Lipids, CBCs, Electrolytes/ Fluids, Thyroid, Liver, Kidney, Blood Sugar, Minerals, Magnesium, Iron with TIBC, Ferritin, Homocysteine, CRP, HgA1C, Fibrinogen and Vitamin D). Once the results have been received, a 45 minute consultation is included to review all findings. A copy of the lab results and recommendations will be provided. Must be 18 years old to order. This service cannot be billed to medical insurance.
