Our next module covers the topic of blood sugar. Blood sugar testing with a glucometer is going to be HIGHLY advised (but not mandated). My favorite blood sugar meter is the One Touch Ultra, but it you think you might want to try the ketogenic diet later in the year (we will be reviewing the details of this diet), you may want to consider a meter from Keto Mojo instead (which can read both ketones AND blood sugar). Check them both out and see which one might work best for you!
