Welcome to the REAL FOOD RESET! This is a FREE support group designed to help you use the tools you already have from the RESTART® Program, the Metabolic Efficiency Program, and/or the Wellness Program to help you get 2020 started on the right foot. The support for this group will be offered through a private Facebook Group (join HERE). I am committing to weekly Facebook live videos to help remind all of us why a real food reset is important and to share recipes and helpful tips. I am asking you to commit to doing a real food reset for 21+ days, to be positive and supportive to your fellow participants by keeping your comments uplifting and encouraging, and be involved on the private Facebook group by asking questions, share recipes, share what is working for you, etc. All of our resets will look a little different, but the outcome for all of us will be the same... FEEL BETTER and start 2020 off feeling energized and ready to take on the year!
I will provide a general guideline of what I recommend for this reset (this will come via email), but this support group is for YOU to get the support you need to get the results YOU want. This might be 30 days sugar free, or 45 days of keto, or prepping and moving into a multi-day water fast. It's completely up to you! My personal reset will look a little bit like this:
January 6th- start a 15 day liver detox (details on how to order a kit will be provided in an upcoming email)
January 20th- start a 15+ day real food, clean keto diet (no dairy)
February 3rd or sometime this week- 3+ day water only fast followed by 7 additional days of clean keto
