Program Details: We kick off this program with a 30+ day whole food "reset," followed by education on proper digestion, blood sugar, fasting, carb cycling, healthy habits and more, so that your changes are successful and sustainable. And since there is no one size that fits all diet, there are 3 different ways to approach the transition from sugar burning to fat burning. All have been used successfully by hundreds of clients who have found freedom from their addiction to carbohydrates and a new found relationship with whole food.
