The Wellness Program


The Wellness Programs are a series of classes that provide small group support, education, resources, and many are combined with private one-to-one coaching sessions to give you the long-term REAL life changes you have been looking for.  The monthly small group classes are offered over 8 weeks-4 months (depending on the program) and provide education, support, and accountability that will help keep you focused and on track with your goals. The private one-to-one sessions will help you "fine tune" the program specifically to you and your situation and needs.

*Private consultations are included in some, but not all, programs. They are for the participant only and must be used within 30 days of completion of the program.

The Original Wellness Program

Includes: 8 classes, 2 private sessions, course materials, access to a private online portal, 10% discount on testing, supplements and additional consultations

Program Details: Are you addicted to sugar? Do you have food cravings? Is your energy dropping in the afternoons? This program is for you! We kick off this program with a 30 day wholefood "reset," followed by education on proper digestion, blood sugar, gut health, healthy habits and more, so that your changes are successful and sustainable.
