There are many positive outcomes from small group, collaborative learning including more support, better accountability and greater affordability for quality education. All small group classes are limited to 10 people and the environment is one of positive collaboration.
The WELLNESS Programs

The Wellness Programs are a series of 8 classes that provide small group support, combined with private one-to-one coaching sessions to give you the long-term REAL life changes you have been looking for. The monthly small group classes provide education, support, and accountability that will help keep you focused and on track with your goals. The private one-to-one sessions will help you "fine tune" the program specifically to you, your situation and needs.

The ORIGINAL Wellness Program
8 small group classes focused on foundational health. The program includes a 30 day whole food challenge and education on topics such as digestion, blood sugar, hydration, gut health, healthy habits and special diets.

The KETO Wellness Program
A 4 month program focused on a low carbohydrate, moderate protein, high fat diet that is made up of nutrient dense whole foods. This program includes a sample meal plan with recipes and helpful tips to make the program a success!

TRI/RUNNING Training Nutrition Program
An 8 week program that focuses on nutrition strategies to optimize your health while training for a triathlon, 5K or 10K. The program includes a 30 day whole food nutrition challenge to kick start the program!

The WOMEN'S Wellness Program
A 4 month program focused on women's wellness. This program includes a 30 day whole food challenge and provides education on detoxification, hormone balance, sleep, stress and healthy habits.
